• Account Information (if user is a “returning citizen”): Name, gender, date of birth, prison ID, email address, physical address, phone number, release date, education level, parole supervision prison and conviction details, and interested services.
• Account Information (if user is a “service provider”): Provider name, website, physical address, phone number, email address, business hours, contact preferences and restrictions, fee information, and services offered.
• Account Information (if user is a “volunteer/advocate”): Name, physical address, phone number, and affiliated and interested organizations or ministries.
• Device Information:Computer Internet Protocol ("IP") address, unique device identifier ("UDID"), cookies and other information linked to a device, and information about usage of our Site and communications. Note, however, we do not consider Device Information to be Personal Information except where we link it to you as an individual or where applicable law requires.

This includes the monitoring of messages sent and received with service providers during the period of the returning citizen's incarceration. Please note...During a returning citizen's period of incarceration, the returning citizen should have no expectation of privacy with respect to the use of the Services. Use of the Services may be monitored for purposes of security oversight.
• Mandatory disclosures and legal rights: We may share Personal Information in order to comply with any subpoena, court order or other legal process, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
